Coming out of Ahmedabad, Sale & Pepe is a local-homegrown brand that serves authentic Neapolitan pizzas. Staying true to the practice of Italian traditions of pizza making, we bake all our pizzas in a wood-fired oven reaching temperatures of up to 430 degrees centigrade.

24 months of research and practice was poured into the dough before we started serving to customers. This involves a standard recipe that hasn’t changed in over 3 years and follows a strict fermentation process before being rolled, sauced, topped, and baked into the oven.
